Whistleblowing Channel

In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, it will be possible to report behaviors, acts, or omissions that harm the public interest or the integrity of one of the companies within People First Srl through People First's Whistleblowing Channel.

1. Who can submit a report?

The ability to submit a report is open to:

  • employees, self-employed workers, contract holders, and interns, even unpaid, who operate within one of the companies belonging to the People First group;
  • freelancers, consultants, and collaborators of any title who provide services to one of the companies of the People First group;
  • any person who, for various reasons, comes into contact with the People First company.


2. What should be reported?

Reports should be made promptly and concern events of which the reporting person is aware. They can include:

  • illegal or suspicious behaviors, administrative, accounting, civil, or criminal violations;
  • irregularities in business operations;
  • acts or facts that violate the internal and external regulations governing the activities of People First or that contravene the principles of the Code of Ethics;
  • offenses related to areas such as public procurement, financial services, anti-money laundering, product safety, transportation, environmental protection, radiation protection, food safety and animal welfare, public health, consumer protection, privacy protection, and information network security;
  • acts that compromise the financial interests of the European Union;
  • behaviors that harm the internal market or undermine the provisions of EU acts.


3. What cannot be reported?

Reports cannot include:

  • personal disputes or claims solely related to employment relationships or relationships with superiors;
  • communications or complaints regarding commercial activities or public services.

False or defamatory reports may result in, in addition to the criminal and civil liability of the reporting person, disciplinary sanctions ranging from € 500 to € 2,500.



4. How is the confidentiality of the reporting person protected and who manages the reports?

People First ensures the complete confidentiality of the reporting person’s identity and the content of the report through the use of secure internal protocols. The reporting person’s identity will not be disclosed without their consent, except as required by law.


Reports are managed by an internal Whistleblowing Committee, composed of individuals who operate in compliance with the principles of impartiality, confidentiality, and data protection.
